It's also inaccurate, since only four men are targeted by the vengeance of the movie's protagonist, and none of the four are burned. Distributor Jerry Gross had a genius for promotion and knew he could get more butts in the seats with something a little spicier than Day Of The Woman, the movie's bland original title.
